The course is aimed at delegates considering using studio or location lighting equipment. Aspects covered will include types of lighting equipment used from mains units to location battery packs. The course will cover how to set up and measure basic and multiple lighting sets using the various attachments available.
The aim of the course is to help those attending gain the confidence to use this type of lighting quickly and confidently and to be able to create consistent and reliable lighting set ups.
A professional model will be used to allow delegates to concentrate on set up and measuring techniques.
Delegates are encouraged to bring their own cameras and to get involved in the set up and creation of images.
The day will be structured around those attending and there will be time for questions throughout the day and time permitting, portfolio critiques.
