Enter by August 26th to be in the mix for the 2020 UK World Photographic Cup team. It's free to enter, so what are you waiting for?!

The World Photographic Cup is an international, inter-organisation competition showcasing the very best in contemporary photography from 32 countries including USA, China, Finland, Mexico & Russia amongst many others. There are six different categories and Australia were last year's winners overall.

The BIPP is responsible for fielding the UK team and we would like to ask the whole membership to offer up their very best images so that we can field a world beating team entry. You can offer an image in just one category or several if you prefer.

The 2020 WPC ceremony will be held in Rome and the BIPP will be sending a delegation to represent the Institute. So not only is this a chance for your photography to be seen on an international stage, it's also an opportunity to be part of the prestigious finale in Italy.

The Categories are:

Commercial
Illustration/Digital Art
Portrait
Reportage/Photoournalism
Nature/Landscap/Wildlife
Wedding

We need to get three first-class entries in each category to have a chance at being up there on the podium, so let's see what you’ve got.

Please register and upload your entries to the BIPP awards website (if you registered for the recent regional competitions you can use the same login).
You can upload up to three images in one or all categories. There is no cost for members to submit their images.

The deadline is August 26th.

The photographic talent throughout our membership is second to none, so let’s gather the best of that talent into a world beating team and bring the World Cup back to Britain!

Good luck.

Regards, Richard Bradbury FBIPP.
