It is with great sadness and regret that we were informed of the passing of Dennis Hylander FBIPP, FMPA, FRPS.  Dennis passed away on 2 July 2015 after a short stay in the Princess Grace Hospital, London.  He was surrounded by his family and received the best care possible. 

Adrian Berkeley occupied the post of Chief Executive of the BIPP from 1989 to 1992.  The position of Chief Executive replaced the earlier designation of General Secretary.  Among the criteria for filling the post was that the incumbent should have some knowledge of legal matters. Read More »

The May Bank Holiday weekend saw the British Institute of Professional Photography attend a conference that some may think is not particularly relevant to the photographic profession!
