This year's Payback campaign launches at the beginning of July and you have until 30 September 2009 to make your claim - so don't miss out!

The BIPP has teamed up with Condé Nast "BRIDES" Magazine to produce a special supplement "THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO A PICTURE-PERFECT WEDDING" on professional wedding photography. The publishers will promote the BIPP and our members, showing how important it is to book a qualified, professional wedding photographer. 04/09 BIPP Defends Photographers Rights Following a recent meeting with the Home Office minister, Vernon Coker MP, the BIPP continues to fight for photographers' rights. Click on the link below to a recent letter to the Sunday Telegraph by BIPP Chief Executive, Chris Harper.   http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/go/tag/view/blog_post/Chris%20Harper   In February the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 came into force. Section 76 of the new Act makes a photograph of a police constable a potential crime if police deem it likely to be useful to a terrorist.   We would hope to see clear guidelines on the use of the act made available to all concerned.  04/09 Associate & Fellowship Assessments On Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 April the assessments for Associate and Fellowship took place.
