The British Institute of Professional Photography offers a wonderful opportunity to train as a Member Liaison Officer within the Kickstart programme. This position will involve learning about the process and procedures involved in operating our regions and assisting the regional Chair person for each region of the UK in their activities, including organising events. Adding events to our website and CRM system, using Canva, a design tool for making ads that will be used for our social media channels. Key activities will involve using the telephone, calling and greeting new members and explaining how to use benefits of their membership, email and Facebook messenger to communicate, basic use of our database and up-dating of Google spreadsheets within a small, friendly team.

A friendly and polite nature is required for this role, together with good communication skills. We would expect the successful candidate to be able to IT literate, organised and punctual, with a desire to work and progress within an office environment.
