Wow we are really lucky to have esteemed international photographer Alex Beckett to talk to our region.

The talk will be on Alex's photographic journey and how and why he started using artificial light, diving into off-camera flash on location, including technical details and how to achieve specific looks with it, such as emulating the sun, back-lighting, rim-lighting and silhouettes.

Voted one of the Top Wedding Photographers in the UK by Fearless Photographers, GoHen, Autographer, Pretty in White and SLR Lounge, he is currently Destination Wedding magazine’s Photographer of the Year.

Regularly appearing in The Sunday Times, Alex’s work sets him apart from his peers. Alex's images certainly have the WOW factor so even if you are not a wedding photographer it will be a great evening with much to be learnt.
